These would be so much more usefull if they carried the information & reference to the supplements.

Yes, they would be.

Someone on the message boards asked if we could provide PDFs of these pages from the rulebook. Doing that is easy -- just a matter of opening and PDFing from the original files, so I just did it in my free time over the holiday weekend. Doing an updated index that incorporated the supplements as well would be a more involved effort, however...
