I had the same problem in Firefox, and Michelle told me to hit "refresh." And voila, it worked -- my computer was using the cached image placeholder until I told it to download the whole page from scratch.
re: Mysteries Revised -- our best guess is that it will be in stores sometime this summer. Our working plan is to send it to press along with ROP:Infernal. Things could still go wrong, but I'm pretty optimistic at this point.
errg, it isn't. At least, I don't see it in Mozilla.
